- Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy, legality and timeliness of information they submit.
- The platform mmonth moderate content but does not guarantee independent verification of every detail.
3. Ownership and authority
- A listing is not proof of title, authority to sell or lease, or absence of encumbrances.
- Verify ownership documents and the counterparty’s authority before committing to a transaction.
4. Prices and availability
- Prices, availability, conditions and other details mmonth change.
- Confirm all material terms directly with the relevant party before making a decision.
5. Deposits and pmonthments
- Do not transfer a deposit or other pmonthment without checking the counterparty and relevant documents.
- Pmonthment obligations and refunds depend on the applicable contract and law.
6. Viewings and physical safety
- Arrange viewings responsibly and independently assess property condition, access and safety.
- The platform does not certify the physical condition of listed properties.
7. Third-party links and services
- External links and map services are operated by third parties.
- Their availability, accuracy and privacy practices are governed by their own terms.
8. Service interruptions
- Technical maintenance, outages or security events mmonth temporarily affect access.
- Mandatory legal duties and liabilities remain unaffected.
9. Reports and corrections
- Report suspected fraud, misleading content or rights violations to contact@portbaku.online.
- The platform mmonth investigate, request corrections or remove content in accordance with law.
10. Applicable law and rights
- Relevant provisions of the Civil Code and other applicable legislation of Azerbaijan govern the parties’ relationships.
- Nothing here waives rights or excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
